Bobbi Kristina Brown has been in a medically induced coma for 11 days after being underwater for up to 18 minutes.
According to reports in the US, her boyfriend, Nick Gordon, 25, is being questioned by police in Atlanta as to whether he knew anything about the marks on her face.
Investigators have begun taking a closer look at the couple’s relationship after her family expressed concerns she was found with marks around her.
Doctors have told the 21-year-old’s father, singer Bobby Brown, 46, to “prepare for the worst” after saying there was little more they could do.
Wednesday sees the third anniversary of her mother’s death who was also found unconscious in a bath.
The Los Angeles County coroner’s office later confirmed Whitney, 48, passed away as a result of drowning and 'effects of atherosclerotic heart disease and cocaine use’.
ABC News previously reported a warrant from the Alpharetta Municipal Court in Georgia was issued on January 28, after the Bobbi Kristina failed to appear in court on a charge of operating a 2010 Lexus with an expired tag two weeks previously.
However it has since been recalled as the youngster continues to fight for her life.
“In light of the circumstances we felt it was appropriate to recall the warrant. We hope the family can find a measure of comfort during this difficult period,” George Gordon, a spokesman for the Alpharetta, Georgia Department of Public Safety, reportedly said in a statement.
