A Nigerian Man was found guilty of RAPING a 17-yr-old girl and has been jailed for 12yrs in the UK


Derek Onodjamue, 27 (25.03.87) of Chatham Street, SE17 was sentenced at Woolwich Crown court on Thursday, 19 February. He had been found guilty at the same venue on Wednesday, 18 February of the rape, false imprisonment and ABH of his 17-year-old victim.
A rapist who locked a teenager in a flat, forced her hand into a boiling kettle, whipped her with electrical cable and forced her to perform sex acts on him has been jailed for 12 years.
Derek Onodjamue, 27, of Elephant and Castle, south London, was found guilty of rape, false imprisonment and ABH and sentenced at Woolwich Crown Court.
The court heard how the victim, a 17-year-old girl, owed money to Onodjamue, who the girl knew only as 'Dan'.

The victim arranged to meet 'Dan' to discuss the debt and was taken to a nearby flat. Once inside she was locked and subjected to a horrifying ordeal.

Onodjamue forced her hand inside a kettle while it was turned on and whipped her with an electrical cord. He also forced the victim to perform oral sex on him, threatening her with further violence throughout.
After several hours, the victim was allowed to leave. She reported her ordeal to police, who launched an investigation.
"Onodjamue manipulated his victim, forcing her into a situation where she could not escape and subjecting her to hours of torture and humiliation.Detective Constable Samantha Searle, of the Met's Sexual Offences, Exploitation and Child Abuse Command (SOECA), said: "I would like to commend the victim for having the courage to report this horrifying ordeal to police and help up pursue her attacker through the courts.
