24-yr-old Chelsie Berry allegedly posed for selfie with the dead body for a pal and posted them on Facebook.
She has pleaded guilty to abandoning a corpse following the death of Dennis Meyer, 30.
She is accused of taking photos of herself with his corpse and posting them on the social networking site.
Berry was charged with disposing of Meyer's body in the driveway of a rural Newton County home.
Meyer died of a drug overdose.
Berry had old cops that she didn't call an ambulance or take Meyer to a hospital because she was high on methamphetamine and Xanax, New York Daily News reports.
She said she was afraid of getting into trouble.
No sentencing date has been set although a pre-trial conference iis scheduled for February 9.
