This is the dirty Los Angeles prison cell where Chris Brown will spend 23 hours a day in solitary confinement, after being kicked out of a Malibu rehab center last week.
Following judge orders for the troubled singer to remain in jail until his criminal assault case goes to trial in April, the 24-year-old will now spend over a month in the notorious Men’s Central Jail in downtown Los Angeles.
Images from the jail give a revealing glimpse inside the tough LA prison, which houses some of the city’s most violent gangster and criminals.

Chris is being held in solitary confinement to protect him from other inmates, so the singer will spend his hours in the small space, which has a basic bed frame, a small sink and a filthy toilet.

Dire situation: With paint chipping off the wall and graffiti etched into the walls by previous inmates, the singer will left alone to take in the gravity of his situation until he faces the judge again on April 27
