Suminaite, 29, will appear at Crawley Magistrates' Court tomorrow, charged with murdering her baby daughter shortly after her birth.

She was arrested after an ambulance was called to a house on Aldwick Road, Bognor Regis, at 8.37am on Wednesday.

Her baby girl was pronounced dead at the scene, Sussex Police said.

Suminaite was taken to St Richard's Hospital in Chichester for urgent medical treatment.

She was arrested on Friday after being released from hospital.

She was charged with murder yesterday, police said.

Sussex Police have confirmed they are not looking for anyone else in connection with the alleged murder.
