Georgina Clarke, 39, has had tens of thousands of pounds' worth of surgery to look just like her idol Barbie, including lip injections, cheek fillers and Botox.
Her daughter, meanwhile, models herself on Katie Price and is giving her mother a run for her money with a breast enhancement, semi-permanent make-up and regular sun beds.
The daughter, Kayla Morris, 21, funds both her and her mum's procedures by stripping - and now the pair are appearing on Channel 5's new programme, My Mum's Hotter Than Me, where they will reveal the true extent of the rivalry between them.
Kayla had the operation to enlarge her C cup breasts to a G cup as soon as she legally could, citing the former glamour model as her inspiration.
The pair previously appeared on TV in February this year, when Kayla revealed how she began planning her first breast enlargement procedure when she was just an 11-year-old schoolgirl.
Georgina explained that her daughter had spent much of her teenage years organising the operation.
She said: 'I remember her really wanting one [the procedure] from 11 upwards; she planned it and how she was going to get the money for it.'
Georgina said that she wasn't worried about her young daughter's ambitions for surgery because they were based around an obsession with Katie Price, someone she saw as an inspiration.
She reasoned: 'She was a good role model, strong, independent, she earns her own money and she wasn't on benefits.'
