The studs were a new addition for the one-year-old - they were not seen in pictures from her parents' wedding last month.
The earrings were revealed as Kim and Kanye took her to the Children's Museum Of Manhattan in honour of her special day.
While piercing children's ears is a controversial choice, in some cultures it is seen as a traditional step for young girls.
Within the Armenian culture, which is Kim's heritage, it is not usually a typical practice.
