Sherri Shepherd took aim at Khloe, 30, accusing her of getting plastic surgery on her derriere.
'She obviously went to a legit doctor,' the 48-year-old TV personality wrote on her social media pages along with photos of botched butt implants, referencing how the E! star's pert backside was 'obviously not done by back alley persons.'
Although Khloe never confirmed or denied going under the knife, Sherri seems to believe the little sister of Kim Kardashian has indeed gotten work done.
'Gotta ask @khloekardashian where she got hers,' she commented on Instagram after revealing that she's thought once or twice about butt implants.
'Every time I think about going to the doctor for a consultation about getting a plumper butt I run across a "this is what can wrong" pic!'
Adding: 'Ladies stop going to these basement/back alley folks. It's not worth it - gotta ask @khloekardashian where she got hers.'

The timing is a bit attention seeking as the Khloe comments were made the same day Raven Symone was hired as the newest The View co-host.
Soon after posting the butt implant accusations on her Twitter and Instagram pages, Sherri was flooded with nasty comments from Kardashian fans.
'Interesting... one comment where I add Miss @KhloeKardashians name and it sets off a firestorm [with] her fans,' she responded.
'I don't have time for childish behavior and rude name calling - I referenced Khloe because she obviously went to a legit doctor as opposed to the back alley person who did botched jobs.'
