During her more minor procedure that was filmed for her E! show, the star had her uterus cleaned out and old placenta from when she was pregnant with North was removed.
Kim announced she was pregnant during a clip on Sunday's Keeping Up With The Kardashians.
'I just got the blood test back and I'm pregnant!' said the star. The weekly noted the beauty is at least three months along.

It was added the couple are hoping for a son.
Kim is being 'very cautious' with this second pregnancy and are considering it to be high risk.
'But they are prepared,' added the insider. 'It's been a long road and they are just so thankful to the doctors because they said she would never conceive again.'
