Lady Gaga suffers extreme wardrobe malfunction ...as she exposes her breast while filming.

On Saturday evening Lady Gaga showed a little more than she intended, when she suffered a wardrobe malfunction in the back seat of a car.
The 28-year-old singer-turned-actress was spotted filming scenes in New York City - possibly for the upcoming season of American Horror Story - when she accidentally exposed her breast.

After inadvertently exposing her chest, the Born This Way hitmaker eventually used her hands to shield herself from further embarrassment.
