Prosecutors want to charge Bobbi Kristina Brown's boyfriend with involuntary manslaughter over claims he tried to buy her drugs on the day she almost drowned in the bath.
Nick Gordon - declared 'a person of interest' by police since Bobbi Kristina died on Sunday after six months in a coma - is alleged to have tried to buy drugs for the troubled 22-year-old.
Now, prosecutors are reportedly speaking to Max Lomas who was at Bobbi Kristina's home that day and is currently facing charges of two drug-related crimes, not connected to her death.
