Do remember that late Aaliya used to date Jay Z and there has always been SOME TENSION whenever people brought up Aaliyah's name with Beyonce. . . there was some OVERLAP between Aaliyah and Beyonce in Jiggas' life (Bey and Jay started dating in early 2000, and he was seeing Aaliyah then).
But now that Bey's older, she's FINALLY been able to put hat behind her, and give a proper tribute to Aaliyah.
