there are certain things you must avoid.

Do not Look at
pictures of your Ex, or look at pictures of who he or she is now
dating. Be at peace with yourself and
don’t cause any worries for yourself. Whether you are now in a relationship or
not please do not try this, trust yourself enough to know that you have moved
on.
