Kim made no secret of the fact she wants more children.
Her 22-month-old daughter North with husband Kanye West - has revealed the difficulties she faces as she hopes for a second pregnancy.
In a clip from this week's upcoming episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, the 34-year-old relays the bad news to the rapper that she may not be able to have more children.

As she sits in a meeting with sisters Kourtney and Khloe, Kim excuses herself for a moment saying: 'I’m trying to get a hold of Kanye 'cause I just came from my fertility doctor and they need me to go into surgery to kind of clear out something in my uterus,'
Once she got the 37-year-old on the line she explained: 'This doctor that I saw today told me every worse case scenario…he was like, "OK, when you have your baby, this will be your last one, the problem is your placenta grew onto your uterus"
Kim explained that during her next pregnancy she risks bleeding heavily and the prospect of her uterus being removed.
