What a difference! Kim Kardashian looked unrecognisable in a 2006 flashback picture posted to her Instagram on Thursday 

In the snap, the reality star shows off her ample cleavage in a skimpy black bikini top as she poses with her Kourtney And Kim Take New York associate producer Carla DiBello.

Her naturally dark hair is worn straight and loose and she shields her eyes with giant gold-rimmed sunglasses and accessorises with large hoop earrings.

But the star looks dramatically different nowadays, with her dyed blonde hair, wrinkle-free skin, and apparently smaller nose.

Her fans have noticed, with some accusing her on Instragam of undergoing surgery.

'When you weren't plastic,' one fan wrote.

'Yes you can tell you got face surgery girl you blowing your own cover,' another commented.

Admittedly, Kim's face has undergone several changes over the past year after she fell pregnant with baby North, born back in June.

The weight gain meant her already prominent pout became larger, which she attributed to having 'pregnancy lips.'

'My pregnancy lips are outta control #IGuessNotABadProblemToHave,' she wrote in May, alongside a snapshot of her pout via Twitter.

She was also forced to deny reports that she had been receiving botox injections while pregnant with North.

A spokesperson for the reality star said in May: 'It's absurd and NOT true!'

The report in In Touch magazine had alleged: 'She’s still getting injections even though she’s seven months pregnant.'

'She’s become more neurotic than ever about her looks,' a family insider told the magazine. 'She’ll do anything to be beautiful.'

Beverly Hills plastic surgeon Jon A. Perlman, who does not treat Kim, told the magazine 'the lack of upper facial wrinkling and expression suggest Botox. Her skin is too smooth.'
