A man with two penises has been bombarded with questions about his genitalia and seemingly responded in genuine fashion after beginning ' I am the guy with two penises' this morning.

"It is Diphallia, not an absorbed twin. It's not genetic or inherited. I am bisexual and in a committed relationship with a man and a woman."

He insinuates that he was bullied in school and had one health problem as a result of his condition, but would never now consider getting one of them removed.

"I always knew I had an extra one [when I was younger]," he wrote.
