Listen to drunken Man United fan dial 999 and ask for Sir Alex Ferguson after cup defeat.

This is the moment a drunken Man United fan dialled 999 to complain about his team's defeat to Sunderland in the cup last night.
The man, who has yet to be identified, described the performance as "a crime" and demanded to speak to Sir Alex Ferguson about the matter.

When the call handler informed him she wouldn't be able to help, the man appeared confused.
But he insisted that Man United had been "a load of rubbish".
After admitting he had no crime to report, the man eventually said goodbye before hanging up.

Read a full transcript of the call below:

Call Handler: Hello, you're through to the police how can i HELP?
FAN: Yeah could I speak to Sir Alex Ferguson please?
CH: Not by dialling the 999 line I'm afraid
FAN: (INAUDIBLE) The result is all wrong. They had extra time and it was a total and utter load of rubbish
CH: Sir, you're actually on the 999 police line. Is there any crime you need to report to the police this evening?
FAN: Yeah a crime. Yeah. I wanna report a crime.
CH: And what crime is that?
FAN: The crime is that Manchester United... Manchester United... were absolutely knackered.
CH: Can I take your name please?
(REDACTED)
CH: OK, and you're address?
(REDACTED)
CH: OK, I'm going to clear the line now.
FAN: Well, can you phone me back then? You must have him.
CH: No
FAN: Why not?
CH: Because it's not a police matter.
FAN: Not a police matter... Are you a policewoman?
CH: No I'm not a policewoman, I'm a member of police staff. This is not a 999 matter.
FAN: 999 matter... Oh I see. Right. Ok then.
CH: I'm going to go now. Goodbye.
FAN: Bye bye.
