Body of woman, 25, is STOLEN in broad daylight from casket at funeral home just hours after her memorial service.

A grieving family is seeking closure after someone stole their petite daughter's body out of her casket at a Texas funeral home before she could be cremated following her funeral service.
Julie Mott died earlier this month from cystic fibrosis and the 25-year-old's body was stolen after her funeral service last Saturday at the Mission Park North Funeral Chapel in San Antonio.
The funeral was held on what would have been the young woman's 26th birthday.

Staff members at the funeral home discovered that her body was missing the next day and police believe that it was taken within a three-hour window between the conclusion of the service and the end of the business day at the establishment, the New York Daily News reported.
The site doesn't have surveillance cameras so it is unclear how her remains were taken. There were no signs of forced entry and no alarms were set off at the home.

A reward of $20,000 is being offered by the funeral home for information leading to the recovery of Mott's remains.
