SIX THINGS NOT TO DO ON VALENTINE’S DAY. BY ANGEL OJUKWU

Okay, I will just drop this here. Valentine's Day is next week, and all the loving folks out there are getting ready for it. As for me, I don’t get why there is so much hype but I am writing to advise. 😍😍
Are you doing all the right things?
Always remember what happens in the movies may not necessarily work in real life.
If you want V-Day to be perfect, there are certain things you must avoid.

1.    Do not Look at pictures of your Ex, or look at pictures of who he or she is now dating. Be at peace with yourself and don’t cause any worries for yourself. Whether you are now in a relationship or not please do not try this, trust yourself enough to know that you have moved on.

15 Things Every Woman Should Always Have In Her Purse

My bag is like my best friend because it comes with me everywhere and it also holds all of my secrets (don’t be surprised). My purse has tons of stuff in it, so what do you carry in your bag? Your bag is far more than only a place to stash your keys and cash. Whether you like keeping it light and simple, or you believe in toting half the house, there are 15 essential things every woman should have in her purse at all times. Let’s take a look at these must-haves so that you can be ready for anything, which life throws your way.

1. Hand sanitizer is one of the very important things every woman should have in her bag because it helps protect her and anyone she meets and makes a contact with from spreading terrible germs. I always have one in my bag and one in my car. Sometimes, when you go to the grocery store, you are able to grab a cart, which has been used a lot of times and which is never wiped down. Other situations are that you count out money or contact someone new and shake his or her hand. For these situations together with many other reasons, you should have hand sanitizer in your bag. Also in public ride/transit, you need hand sanitizer. Go for something with vitamin E or a moisturizing agent so your hands don't get dried out.

All That Happened To Me In 2017.

And I picked up my pen to right, then I dropped it. Picked up again dropped it, finally I had the courage to put 2017 into writing.
2017 was a rough, it was a bizarre rollercoaster, but there were also plenty of wonderful things that happened in my life, 2017 it brought its fair share of challenges, from love life, family, job, to finance, etc. To make myself feel better I toured a lot in 2017, trying to run away from the situations. Things I couldn’t have the courage to face (funny, I still come back to meet them). But also 2017 had some happy moments that ushered me into 2018 and make it very bright.

All I Want for Christmas. By Angel Ojukwu

Right from when I was child as Christmas drew closer I had thoughts of what my parents would get me as Christmas gifts. But as an adult I started to ask myself what I would get myself, sometimes I gifted myself with beautiful luxury holidays and other times I had bought myself expensive shoes and clothes.

The Only Person You Can Depend On Is Yourself

Let’s be quite honest with ourselves, have you ever asked yourself “who are my true friends”?  I don’t know what your answer was but I will give you my own answer which has worked for me and I believe it is the right answer. You are the only true friend to yourself.
One of the dumbest things that we actually do in our lives is depend on other people. We don't realize we can only depend on, or trust in, ourselves.

We do it every day without even knowing it. We depend on other people to make us happy, to provide for us, to protect us. The less you expect from people the happier you will be. What we don't realize is that first we must be happy with our lives, and ourselves so that the other person only enriches us further, a complement to our life that is parallel with it.

Mobile Phone Ruin Relationships Faster – By Angel Ojukwu

Nothing kills a family relationship/romance faster than been more committed to smartphone than your partner, and now, research confirms it. Being attached to your phone seems to damage your attachment with your loved one/ones.
Plenty of research has been done on how cell phones affect relationships. Some suggests that they’re a positive influence—that being in easy, intimate touch with a partner through calling and texting makes people happier and more secure in their relationships.

My Aspiration In LIFE: To Be Happy.

Aspiration: A hope or ambition of achieving something.

Hmmmmm….

My Aspiration in LIFE….Honestly if one had ask me this question one year ago my answer would have been different, but today I know better.

TO BE HAPPY, my aspiration in life.

I realized that you can have everything and not be happy and you have nothing and be happy.

I have traveled around the world, I have had good food, good clothes, good cars, good house but I found out that in all of this I must be HAPPY.

Question is what makes you happy? You can go on and on and on……..but remember this is your happiness, it is important to frame what it means for you to be happy

STOP CYBER BULLYING NOW!!!

I decided to write about this because at one time or another so many of us has experience Cyber Bullying. This is bullying/oppression that takes place using electronic technology. Electronic technology includes devices and equipment such as cell phones, computers, and tablets as well as communication tools including social media sites, text messages, chat, and websites. This does not only happen with kids but with adults as well.
Examples of cyberbullying consist of mean text messages or emails, rumors sent by email or posted on social networking sites, and uncomfortable pictures, videos, websites, or fake profiles. I see a lot of bullying on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter etc.

I will never compare my life to yours. That’s why I’m happy.

BE HAPPY!!!

I’m happy because when I look in the mirror I see 'Angel Ojukwu', I don’t compare myself to anyone. Even if I did in the past not anymore. I don’t compare the way I look, the way I feel, the way I dress, the work that I do. I don’t compare my level of happiness. I don’t compare my achievements, I don't compare where I want to be or anything.
Because I realized that I spent years doing that.
Years, comparing myself to everyone else.

There have been fresh calls for restrictions on the sale of the painkiller ibuprofen after another study found it heightens the risk of cardiac arrest.
Taking the over-the-counter drug was associated with a 31% increased risk, researchers in Denmark found.
Other medicines from the same group of painkillers, known as non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), presented an even higher risk, according to the findings published on Wednesday in the European Heart Journal.

Diclofenac, available over the counter in the UK until 2015 and still taken on prescription, raised the risk by 50%.

Want To Be Happy? 10 Things To Stop Doing.

1. DWELLING ON THE PAST

Do not dwell in the past. Yes, this can be difficult but if you want to be happy then you must reside in the past. Focusing too much on past events doesn’t allow you to live in the present or strive for the future. You can never change the past but you can make the future good and focusing on something without a solution is sure to put you in a melancholy mood. It’s better to live in the present, and to channel your energies to what you can do as opposed to what you can’t.
